بدعم من دولة الكويت وضمن حملة الكويت بجانبكم وبالتعاون مع دائرة المنظمات غير الحكوميةقامت مؤسسة حباء للتنمية المستدامة بتوزيع كفالات مالية للايتام النازحين والمجتمع المضيف في اربيل وكان عدد المستفيدين اكثر 300 يتيم , هذا المشروع من المشاريع المستمرة التي تنفذها مؤسسة حباء حيث يتم توزيع هذه الكفالات كل ثلاثة اشهر
