اندماج الشباب في سوق العمل: مفتاح لزيادة الفرص الاقتصادية ودفع عجلة تطوير الوطن. تستمر التدريبات المهنية والريادية للشباب في محافظة ديالى، والتي تُديرها مؤسسة آشور العراقية للإغاثة والتنمية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة حباء وبدعم من الصندوق العالمي لمشاركة المجتمع وتعزيز قدرته على الصمود، وذلك في إطار مشروع “تعزيز” الذي يعتبر جزء من تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية لمكافحة التطرف العنيف بمحافظة ديالى وبالتنسيق مع مديرية العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية – قسم العمل والتدريب المهني. تهدف هذه التدريبات إلى بناء قدرات 90 شابًا وشابة من مختلف مجتمعات محافظة ديالى ، من أجل تأهيلهم ودمجهم في سوق العمل، وتهيئة بيئة ملائمة تُمكّنهم من تحقيق النجاح والاستقرار المهني، حيث تضمّنت تدريبات هذه المرحلة “دورة تعليم الفتيات التصوير، دورة تعليم تصليح السيارات ودورة تعلم تصليح وتركيب ألواح الطاقة الشمسية”.

Professional and entrepreneurial training for youth continues in Diyala Governorate., managed by the ARD in partnership with Hebaa foundation and supported by the GCERF as part of the “Tazeez” project which is considered part of the implementation of the National Strategy for Combating Violent Extremism in Diyala, coordinated with the Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs – Vocational Training and Employment Division.
